Known for her integrity, strong negotiation skills, and tireless work ethic, Gina consistently delivers results while building lasting relationships with her clients. She is often labeled a “one woman show” because of her hands on approach and ability to seamlessly manage every detail of a transaction from start to finish.
Gina specializes in new construction and distressed properties, bringing a trained eye for potential, design, and value. She has a natural ability to see beyond the surface of a home. She recognizes opportunity where others may not and guides buyers, sellers, and investors toward smart, strategic decisions. As one-third of the Patriot Homes Team, Gina works exclusively alongside Mike and Chris to bring some of the finest renovations and new construction homes to the market. Michael Knowles

Co-Founder | Patriot Homes NJ

Michael Knowles is a real estate developer and co-founder of Patriot Homes, established in 2019. He specializes in residential new construction and redevelopment projects throughout South Jersey. Michael and his partner began by acquiring an unfinished residential development, completing four new construction homes and selling the remaining lots, which laid the foundation for steady growth.
Since then, Michael has overseen numerous residential projects, including multiple ground-up new construction homes financed through long-standing banking relationships. Known for his hands-on approach and practical business strategy, he focuses on quality construction, disciplined financing, and long-term value creation.
Michael has been a licensed Realtor for over 12 years and brings more than 15 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry. He has been buying, selling, flipping, and renting real estate properties for over 15 years. Michael resides in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, with his wife, Gina—also a Realtor—and their two children.

Chris Chapman

Co-Founder | Patriot Homes NJ

Chris Chapman is the Co-Founder of Patriot Homes NJ, a South Jersey–based residential development and construction company established in 2019. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris brings deep expertise in new home construction, project management, land development, and residential renovations.
Since launching Patriot Homes alongside his business partner, Chris has helped transform undeveloped and underutilized properties into high-quality homes throughout South Jersey. The company began by acquiring an unfinished development with six remaining lots, successfully building four new construction homes and selling the remaining parcels. Since then, Patriot Homes has continued to expand its portfolio with new construction builds and value-add residential projects, including a recently completed ground-up home in Franklinville.
Chris is known for his hands-on leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering homes that combine craftsmanship, functionality, and long-term value. His experience working closely with lenders, subcontractors, and local municipalities ensures projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
At Patriot Homes NJ, Chris remains focused on strategic growth, quality construction, and building lasting relationships within the South Jersey community.
